MT. SUMMIT, Ind. – The Hagerstown baseball team scored five times in the top of the first inning on Thursday and never looked back as the Tigers defeated Blue River 10-4.
Cody Wilson led the Tigers with three hits including a homer as he also knocked in three runs.
Cam Purtha, Trent Weiss and Drew Pyle added two hits each for the Tigers.
Brett Burns picked up the win for the Tigers as he tossed three scoreless innings and allow three hits with a pair of strikeouts.
Hagerstown (10-3) is at Tri-Eastern Conference foe Centerville on Tuesday.
