CENTERVILLLE, Ind. – Centerville swept Northeastern 5-0 in a Tri-Eastern Conference match on Wednesday.
In singles, Nolan Witte defeated Elijah Kenworthy 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1. Skyler Benedict beat Nate Irwin 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2. In the third spot, Nate Reed got past Zach Gulley 6-1, 6-3.
Blake Shook and Josh Duke beat Hunter Delk and Michael White 6-0, 6-1 at No. 1 doubles. In the second position, Bennett Walther and Nathan Cheek defeated Peyton Cohee and Zack Jaykoski 6-2, 6-0.
The Bulldogs finish the regular season on Thursday at Hagerstown.
Northeastern is back on the court in Saturday in the TEC Tournament that is at Lincoln.
