CHARLOTTESVILLE, Ind. – Justin DuPree led the Centerville boys basketball team with 15 points on Wednesday as the Bulldogs fell 57-48 at Eastern Hancock.
Dante Torres joined DuPree in double digits with 10 points.
Michael Brewer tossed in eight points and Kody Witham finished with seven.
The game was tied 12-12 after one quarter before Eastern Hancock took a 25-22 lead by halftime.
Centerville bounced back to hold a 40-39 advantage at the end of the third period, but the Royals rallied for the win in the final stanza.
The Bulldogs (0-1) are back in action at home on Saturday against Seton (0-0).
