Nolan Witte defeated Isaiah Neal 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1. In the second position, Skyler Benedict beat Trey Kelley 6-0, 6-2. At No. 3. Nate Reed survived a tight battle with Derek Davis in a 7-5, 6-4 win.
Centerville’s Josh Duke and Blake Shook beat Evan Hoover and Noah Dale 7-6 (8-6), 6-1; in the top doubles spot.
Hagerstown’s win came from Caleb Neal and Luke Girdley as they outlasted Nathan Cheek and Bennett Walther 3-6, 7-6 (7-0), 6-2 at No. 2 doubles.
Both teams are set to compete in the TEC Tournament, which starts on Saturday at Lincoln. The finals are scheduled for Monday.
