CENTERVILLE, Ind. – The Centerville girls tennis team won its third straight on Tuesday as the Bulldogs beat Connersville 5-0.
For the 3-0 Bulldogs, Abby Stewart defeated Alexis Johnson 6-1, 6-0 at No. 1 singles, while in the No. 2 position Shelby Good blanked Savannah Drew 6-0, 6-0.
At No. 3, Chloe Uphaus won 6-1, 6-0 over Shaina Laughlin.
In double play, Addie Walther and Morgan Guenther got past Shelby Brown and Taylor Steele 7-5, 6-2. In the second spot, Robyn Raatz and Kelly Wolf beat Faith Kaler and Amanda Simpkins 6-1, 6-3.
Centerville also won the JV match 5-0.
