Centerville, Lincoln Compete in 6-Way Meet

tec wall at union coCAMBRIDGE CITY, Ind. – Eastern Hancock won the Lincoln 6-way wrestling meet on Saturday.

From the Tri-Eastern Conference, Centerville was third with a 3-2 record, while the host Golden Eagles were fourth at 2-3.

Centerville won the head-to-head contest with Lincoln 63-18.

The Bulldogs also defeated Cowan 71-12 and Blue River 66-18. Centerville lost to Indiana School for the Deaf 45-36 and Eastern Hancock 43-34.

Lincoln defeated Blue River 48-18 and Cowan 48-12.

The Golden Eagles also lost to Indiana School for the Deaf 48-30 and Eastern Hancock 69-9.

Tyler Vredeveld (106), A.J. Taylor (120), Elijah Phillips (138) and Guy Rednour (195) were all 5-0 for Centerville as they won individual championships.

Lincoln’s Hunter Brown (126) was also 5-0 to claim a title.
