CENTERVILLE, Ind. – The Centerville swimming teams swept Batesville on Thursday night.
The girls won 99-84 and are now 3-0, while the boys were victorious 112-61 and they are 2-0.
Aubrey Davis won the 200 IM (2:29.70) and the 100 Backstroke (1:04.10). Sydney Whiteley won the 50 Free (26.25). Jolie Rusznak won Diving (208.30). Grace Whiteley won the 100 Breast (1:19.14).
Tory Cruse, Baylee Fry, Grace Whiteley and Sydney Whiteley won the 200 Free Relay (1:50.25). Sydney Whiteley, Sophie Neher, Tory Cruse and Aubrey Davis won the 400 Free Relay (4:03.82).
Swimmers with PR’s were Anna Carter in the 200 Free and the 500 Free. Maddie Riggott in the 200 Free and the 500 Free. Grace Whiteley in the 200 IM, Baylee Fry in the 50 Free and the 100 Free and Kayla Newman in the 50 Free and the 100 Fly. Hayley Hites in the 100 Fly and the 100 Back. Amelia Boicourt in the 500 Free. Madi Day in the 100 Back. Citalli Moreno in the 100 Back.
For the boys, Nico Wankerl won the 200 Free (2:10.15) and 100 Free (56.75). Parker Jaynes won the 200 IM (2:39.12). Jonathan Jellison won Diving (205.80). Nick Maurer won the 100 Fly (1:22.73). Parker Neher won the 500 Free (6:19.97). Aydan Koyles in the 100 Breast (1:16.99).
Parker Neher, Nico Wankerl, Parker Jaynes and John Neely won the 200 Medley Relay (2:02.33) and Parker Neher, Aaron Glover, Konner Duncan and Nico Wankerl won the 400 Free Relay (4:11.47).
Swimmers with PR’s were Aaron Glover in the 200 Free and the 500 Free, Aydan Koyles in the 200 Free, Ben Nevels in the 200 IM and the 100 Breast, Wyatt Sewell in the 200 IM, Jackson Troutwine in the 50 Free and the 100 Free, Konner Duncan in the 100 Fly and the 100 Back.
The teams return to action next Thursday at home against Connersville.
