CONNERSVILLE, Ind. – Centerville’s swimming teams finished third and fourth at the Connersville Inviational on Saturday.
The girls were third, while the boys finished fourth.
Centerville’s divers dominated their portion of the girls meet with Jolie Rusznak finishing first, Darien Ridenour second and Kianna Dudas third.
Sydney Whiteley was the lone swimming champion winning the 50 Free with a time of 25.46. She also finished second in the 100 Free just .05 behind the winner.
Grace Whiteley finished second in the 200 Free, 2:18.09.
Sydney Whiteley, Grace Whiteley, Lindsay Glover and Bailey Owens finished second in the 200 Medley Relay.
Sidney Whiteley, Grace Whiteley, Baylee Fry and Lindsay Glover were second in the 400 Free Relay.
On the boys side, Jonathan Jellison was the diving champion.
Parker Jaynes finished second in the 500 Free, 5:42.61.
The Bulldogs return to action at the Mooresville Invitational on Wednesday, Dec. 27.
