LAWRENCEBURG, Ind. – The Centerville and Union County boys basketball teams both finished the Lawrenceburg Tournament with wins on Thursday.
The Bulldogs won 60-44 over Wheeler in the third place game with Alex Brandon leading the way with 20 points.
Matt Stamper and Justin DuPree added 11 points each, while Kody Witham finished with nine.
Union County had two players in double figures as the Patriots won 61-55 over St. Henry of Kentucky.
Cameron Donovan topped the squad with 13 points. Mason Miller added a dozen. Preston Scott, Logan Sanford and Derek Dearth all ended with nine points each.
Centerville (5-4) plays Northeastern in the Wayne County Tournament in Hagerstown next Thursday. Union County (3-7) visits Franklin County on Saturday, Jan. 7.
