MILAN, Ind. – The Centerville girls swim team defeated Milan 109-60 on Tuesday.
A highlight for the meet as a new school record in the 100 Backstroke by Aubrey Davis with a time of 1:03.41.
Grace Whiteley had school top ten times in the 200 Individual Medley (2:38.65) and the 100 Breaststroke (1:20.80).
Personal best times were recorded by Anna Carter in the 200 Free and the 500 Free, Haley Hites in the 50 Free and 100 Back, Kayla Newman in the 100 Fly, Citalli Moreno in the 50 Free and 500 Free, Michaela Stough in the 50 Free and 100 Free, Madi Day in the 100 Free and Addie Walther in the 100 Breast.
Davis, Grace Whiteley, Sophie Neher and Baylee Fry won the 200 Medley Relay (2:06.78), while Grace Whiteley, Baylee Fry, Tory Cruse and Sydney Whiteley won the 200 Free Relay (1:55.39) and Sydney Whiteley, Cruse, Neher and Davis won the 400 Free Relay (4:16.37).
Davis won the 200 IM (2:28.24) and the 100 Back (1:03.41) and Sydney Whiteley won the 50 Free (27.13) and the 100 Free (1:02.81).
Centerville (1-0) is at Eastern Hancock on Monday.
