Kierstyn Conyers of Tri High
WINCHESTER, Ind. – Tri High scored eight runs in the first inning on Monday and the Class 1A top-ranked Titans went on to a 22-0 win over Winchester.
Kierstyn Conyers hit for the cycle and added another double as she knocked in five runs. She also scored four times. The home run was her sixth of the season and she raised her batting average to .681.
Destiny Taylor, Payton Moore, Kaley Harrison, Abi Busby, and Breanna Reece each had two hits.
Moore and Conyers combined to hold Winchester to three hits in the contest.
The Titans (12-1, 3-0) entertains Class 2A No. 13 Union County (11-5, 5-0) in the battle of TEC teams on Tuesday.
Winchester (3-9, 0-3) visits Northeastern on Tuesday.
