PARKER CITY, Ind. – The Winchester girls basketball team had its run in the Randolph County Tournament stopped on Friday night as the Falcons fell 62-47 to Union.
Union got off to a fast start and the Falcons couldn’t recover after trailing 21-7 at the first stop.
The Rockets widened their margin to lead 39-19 by halftime to take control.
Mariah Roberts led Winchester with 15 points as Becca Neville finished with 13 points and a game-high 16 rebounds.
Next up for Winchester (8-10) is a visit to Muncie Central on Wednesday, Jan. 13.
