DUBLIN, Ind. – The Lincoln softball team picked up a 24-1 victory over Union City on Monday night.
The win was the 100th for Lincoln Head Coach Scott Griffin.
Jaela Patton led the Golden Eagles with four hits as she drove in six runs in the Tri-Eastern Conference affair.
Emmie Pugh added three hits, while Kaleigh Lamb knocked in three runs.
Laynie Russell tossed three innings with six strikeouts to get the win.
Jodi Carpenter led Union City with two hits.
Katie Reichard and Abigail Crowder also had hits with Savannah Brewer getting a RBI.
Lincoln (10-1, 5-0) is at Shenandoah on Tuesday, while the Indians (2-9, 1-2) travel to Blue River.
