Becca Chamberlin led the Golden Falcons with a 45 in the Tri-Eastern Conference affair.
The other scores for Winchester were Maddie Lawrence 47, Kate Riggin 53, Rhamey Fetters 55 and Taylor Prescott 59.
Maddy Short led the Knights with a 59, while Jasmine Shuler was next.
Northeastern visits Lincoln on Tuesday and Winchester is at Hagerstown.
