WINCHESTER, Ind. – The Winchester baseball team won a pair of games from Tri on Saturday.
The Golden Falcons won the Tri-Eastern Conference affair 9-3 before taking the second contest 12-7.
Michael Georgi led Winchester with three hits, while Aaron Beatty knocked in three runs.
Kyle Falck led the Titans with two hits.
Beatty went 4⅓ innings with six strikeouts to ge the win. Glenallen Anderson finished the final 2⅔ innings.
Drew Mondrush went the distance for Tri with seven strikeouts.
In the second game, Anderson was the winning pitcher as he worked 4⅓ innings with four strikeouts.
Kaden White led the Golden Falcons with two RBI.
Mondrush had three hits for the Titans and Shawn Melton had two RBI.
The Titans (7-12, 2-4) visit Randolph Southern on Monday.
Winchester (4-7, 1-4) entertains Monroe Central on Wednesday.
