LEWISVILLE, Ind. – The Winchester baseball team swept a doubleheader at Tri High on Saturday.
The Golden Falcons won 8-4 in the opener, which was the Tri-Eastern Conference game. Winchester took the second contest 8-0.
Ross Culy and Glenallen Anderson both had three hits and knocked in two runs in the first game.
Torin Hendrickson also had three hits and Jacob Jahey had two RBI.
Anderson tossed seven innings with two strikeouts.
For the Titans, Drew Mondrush pitched four innings and Dillon Stevens went three.
In the second game, Culy had three more hits with Anderson and Hendrickson added two apiece.
Lukas Mills drove in two runs.
Lahey worked all seven innings on the mound with eight strikeouts.
Payton Wooten pitched four frames for the Titans with four strikeouts, while Josiah Jackson fanned six in his three innings of work.
