MT. SUMMIT, Ind. – The Winchester boys tennis team won for the third time this week as the Golden Falcons beat Blue River 3-2.
Winchester won twice in singles as Trey Graft defeated Sage Davis 6-1, 6-4 at No. 2, while Mason Melson beat Connor Brookbank 6-0, 6-1 at No. 3 singles.
At No.2 doubles, Winchester’s Thadd Legear and Justin McAllister won 7-5, 6-4 over Mason Crisp and Cole Wesley.
The Golden Falcons play in the Tri-Eastern Conference Tournament that is hosted by Lincoln on Saturday.
