HAGERSTOWN, Ind. – The Hagerstown football team finished the regular season on Friday with a 38-6 victory over Lincoln in Tri-Eastern Conference action.
Owen Golliher completed 15-of-27 passes for 271 yards, while running for 62 more and a score as he led the Tigers to the win. He threw for three touchdowns passes to Brett Burns, Cameron Purtha and Mason Hicks. Defensively, he had 13 tackles.
Hicks led the Tigers with 78 yards rushing.
Burns topped the Tigers with five receptions for 95 yards and Jalen Oliver also had five grabs for 94 yards.
Nick Cupp scored Lincoln’s touchdown in the first quarter on an 11-yard run. He threw for 118 yards with Bryant Hilbert catching two passes for 41 yards.
Hagerstown (5-4, 5-2) starts its sectional at Indianapolis Shortridge (5-3) next Friday, while the Golden Eagles (1-8, 1-6) entertain Indianapolis Lutheran (6-3).
