CONNERSVILLE, Ind. – Hagerstown’s boys won the Connersville Cross Country Invitational on Tuesday, while the girls squad finished eighth.
It was the fourth straight year the Tigers won the boys event.
Kaleb Slagle was the top Hagerstown runner as he finished fifth. Logan Tuttle was seventh and Eli Halcomb was ninth.
The other finishers for Hagerstown were Holden Robinson 21st, Dylan Napier 22nd, Seth Richards 46th and Alexander McKee 48th in a field of 102 runners.
The boys also performed well in the JV race with Blake Creech finishing third, Adam Nadler eighth, Gage James 38th, and David Holt 39th.
Logan McRoberts was the top finisher for the girls team at 23rd.
The other finishers for the girls were Anna Shafer 37th, Madison Zetzl 46th, Maci Matanich 49th, Teresa Rojas 55th, Baylee Foor 58th and Kassidy Oliger 62nd in a field of 87 girls.
