CAMBRIDGE CITY, Ind. – The Hagerstown girls tennis team won 3-2 in a Tri-Eastern Conference battle at Lincoln on Monday.
Hagerstown’s Savannah Houck defeated Jamie Buhl 7-6 (7-1), 6-3 at No. 1, while teammate Jacqueline Habzansky won 6-4, 4-6, 7-5 at No. 3 over Ali Reese.
The Tigers also won at No.2 doubles with Abby Shepherd and Kayla Vinson beat Leslie Richardson and Kami Laymon 4-6, 6-4, 6-2.
Lincoln picked up a win at No. 2 singles as Rachel Merida got past Kayla McFarland 6-2, 6-1.
At No. 1 doubles, Kylei Klein and Lydia Bertsch won 6-2, 7-6 (7-5) over McKenzie Fleming and Mekayla Todd.
