PARKER CITY, Ind. – The Hagerstown volleyball team won the Monroe Central Invitational on Saturday.
The Tigers defeated Indianapolis Crispus Attucks 25-1, 25-1, Monroe Central (Team B) 25-5 25-10, Daleville 25-17 25-19 and Monroe Central (Team A) in the championship 25-18 25-14.
Lanie McClanahan had 20 kills, 26 digs, 41 service points with 13 aces, while Jessica Swimm had 32 kills.
Regan Tinkle finished with 22 kills and Lacee Dale had 28 digs on the day. The Lady-Tigers are 14-1 on the year.
The Hagerstown JV also won the same event by defeating Indianapolis Crispus Attucks 25-8, 25-8, Daleville 25-14, 25-21 and Lincoln in the championship 25-19, 25-8.
Hagerstown’s varsity is 14-1 and the JV is 8-1.
