WINCHESTER, Ind. – Jalen Oliver and Mason Hicks scored three touchdowns apiece on Friday night as the Hagerstown football team defeated Winchester 44-20 in a Tri-Eastern Conference affair.
Oliver had his three scores in the first period on passes from Owen Golliher as the Tigers built a 20-8 advantage.
Hicks found the end zone on runs three times in the third quarter to give the Tigers a 38-14 lead, after the Golden Falcons scored to begin the half.
For the night, the Tigers had 543 yards of total offense. Golliher was 13-of-17 for 217 yards. Oliver had seven grabs for 105 yards.
Hicks ran for 214 yards with 78 of them coming on a touchdown run. Golliher added 92 yards on the ground.
Winchester’s Isaiah Jordan-Miller completed 3-of-4 passes with two going for touchdowns.
Marshall Melton caught the first score on a 5-yard pass, while Boo Enis grabbed a 42-yard strike for the other.
Joseph Anderson had the final touchdown of the contest for the Golden Falcons on a 4-yard run.
Jordan Key led Winchester with 105 yards rushing.
Both teams play TEC foes next Friday as Hagerstown (2-1, 1-0) entertains Northeastern and the Golden Falcons (0-3, 0-1) visit Union County.
