FOUNTAIN CITY, Ind. – The Hagerstown girls basketball team won 30-29 at Northeastern in Tri-Eastern Conference contest on Tuesday night
The Tigers led 6-4 after one period before the game was tied 10-10 at the intermission.
Hagerstown was on top 17-14 at the end of the third and the Tigers were able to hold off the Knights in the final stanza.
Madison Brown led the Tigers with 10 points.
Camryn Bradway added nine points, while Hallie Rogers tossed in eight.
Kassidy Oliger had three points and grabbed 12 rebounds.
For Northeastern, Jenna McFarland topped the Knights with eight points.
Madi Clay, Kasey Andrews and Emma Wright all finished with six points.
Northeastern won the JV game 40-18 as McKenzie Chasteen led the way with 11 points. Willow Runyon added 10 points.
Both teams are back in action on Saturday.
The Tigers (9-9, 5-2) entertain Muncie Burris (7-11), while the Knights (9-10, 3-3) are at South Dearborn (3-7).
