
MT. SUMMIT, Ind. – Union City’s baseball team picked up a 16-6 victory over Blue River on Friday.
Jacob Fulk had three hits with a pair of homers to drive in four runs.
Trevor Spence and Cam Luster had two hits apiece, while Gabe Loesch, Zach Bradbury, Jacob Moore and Gavin Teeter each added a hit for the Indians.
Luster and Nic Wells both had two stolen bases.
Fulk started the game for Union City and carried a no-hitter into the fifth inning. He gave up a hit with seven strikeouts in 4⅔ innings.
Luster finished the game giving up two hits with three strikeouts.
Union City (3-2-1, 2-1) is at Knightstown for a Tri-Eastern Conference contest on Monday.
