UNION CITY, Ind. – The Union City girls basketball team dropped a 52-38 decision to Monroe Central on Saturday in the Randolph County Tournament championship contest.
Courtney Wise topped the Indians with 15 points and 10 rebounds.
Justiss Cantu and Kelsey Zimmers each added seven points each, while Kora Kerns had four steals.
Kerns was also named the recipient of the Gary Horner Sportsmanship Award.
Union City (15-3) visits Monroe Central for a rematch on Friday.
