FOUNTAIN CITY, Ind. – The Northeastern boys tennis team defeated Randolph Southern 4-1 on Tuesday.
The Knights won a pair of contests in singles with Elijah Kenworthy defeating Jordan McReynolds 6-0, 6-0. At No. 3, Michael White beat Josh Good 6-0, 6-3.
In doubles action, Hunter Delk and Zach Gulley won 6-4, 6-0 over Tyler Pegg and Devin Gutherie at No. 1. In the second spot Peyton Cohee and Zack Jaykoski defeated Tyler Knotts and Jimmy Ashbaugh 6-1, 6-3.
Northeastern entertains Tri-Eastern Conference foe Lincoln on Wednesday.
