FOUNTAIN CITY, Ind. – The Northeastern girls basketball team lost 36-28 on Saturday to National Trail.
The game was tied 21-21 after three quarters before the Blazers took the final frame 15-7.
Mikayla Hornung led Northeastern with eight points, while Madi Clay added seven points and Leah Hoskins finished with six.
Northeastern won the JV contest 27-22. Olivia Harris topped the Knights with 11 points and Morgan Benjamin had nine.
The Knights (1-9) are at Daleville on Tuesday, Dec. 8.
