FOUNTAIN CITY, Ind. – Northeastern’s girls basketball team fell 54-44 to Tri-Village on Saturday afternoon.
Jenna McFarland led Northeastern with 14 points.
Olivia Harris tossed in nine points, while Alizah Rankin finished with seven points.
The Knights led after the 14-7 first quarter and at the half 23-16.
In the third quarter, the Patriots were able to take a 35-34 lead on their way to the win.
Tri-Village also the JV contest 45-32. Aunika Railsback led the Knights with 13 points. Willow Runyon tossed in eight points.
Northeastern (6-5) returns to action against Tri-Central (6-8) at the Randolph Southern Tourney on Thursday, Dec. 28.
