FOUNTAIN CITY, Ind. – Northeastern picked up an 8-0 Tri-Eastern Conference victory over Winchester on Tuesday.
Katie Schneider went the distance on the mound and had a career-high 14 strikeouts.
Sierra Gilmore led the Knights on offense with three hits including a homer and three RBI.
Schneider had two hits with a home run.
Katlyn Williams and Mikayla Hornung each had doubles, while Kerrie Brown picked up her first high school varsity hit.
The Knights (7-5, 3-1) travel to Randolph Southern on Thursday.
