MILTON, Ind. – The Lincoln baseball team held on Monday for a 5-3 Tri-Eastern Conference win over Winchester.
The Golden Eagles built a 4-0 advantage through five innings before allowing Winchester to score three runs in the sixth. Lincoln added it final run in the bottom of the sixth.
Lucian Cornett picked up the victory for Lincoln. He left the mound with two outs in the sixth after fanning seven.
Justin Black knocked in two runs to lead the Golden Eagles.
Jacob Lahey led the Falcons with two hits.
