LIBERTY, Ind. – Lincoln led the Tri-Eastern Conference boys cross country teams in the Union County Early Bird Invitational on Wednesday.
The Golden Eagles had 28 points finished second just behind Muncie Burris, which had 27. Union County, Seton and Franklin County fielded incomplete teams.
Union County’s Dylan Poe was the individual champ with a time of 19:05.8.
Austin Wampler led Lincoln as he finished second in 19:34.6.
Union County competes in the Richmond Invitational on Saturday, while Lincoln visits Pendleton Heights next Wednesday.
