FOUNTAIN CITY, Ind. – Tri High’s Payton Moore reached a personal milestone on Tuesday as she led the Titans to a 45-38 victory over Northeastern.
Moore now has 1,003 points after scoring a career-high 32 in the Tri-Eastern Conference affair with the Knights.
She also grabbed 11 rebounds to record a double-double eighth time this season.
Jenna McFarland led the scoring effort with 10 points, followed by Olivia Harris with 8 points, Kasey Andrews had 7 points, Emma Wright scored 6 points.
Northeastern won the JV contest 38-21 as Jamie Andrews, Willow Runyon and Sidney Dill all had eight points for the Knights.
The Titans (13-4, 4-3) travel to Anderson Prep (3-14) on Thursday, while Northeastern (8-8, 2-2) is at Blue River (11-7) the same night.
