FOUNTAIN CITY, Ind. – The Northeastern boys basketball team had three players in double figures on Saturday as the Knights defeated Seton 54-30.
The Knights were led by Freeman Brou with 15 points, while Jalen Hillard had 13 with Carter Lumpkin adding 11.
Jordan Stolle grabbed 13 rebounds as he scored six points.
The contest was tied 5-5 after one period before the Knights led 17-16 at the intermission.
In the second half, the Knights put the game way as they built a 27-26 advantage after three quarters.
Seton won the JV game 43-38. The Knights were led by Quantrell Gammon, who had 13 points. Caylor Fisher finished with nine.
Northeastern (4-3) faces East Central (2-2) in the holiday tourney at South Ripley on Friday, Dec. 29.
