MT. SUMMIT, Ind. – The Knightstown boys basketball team came up just short at Blue River on Thursday as the Panthers fell 65-63 in overtime.
Jarred Porter led the Panthers with 23 points and three assists.
Tyler Burton finished with 20 points and a team-high nine rebounds.
Trevor Cook added nine points and Tucker Personett tossed in seven.
Knightstown trailed 22-19 after the first quarter and 31-29 at halftime.
After three period, the Vikings were on top 42-41 before the contest was tied 57-57 at the end of regulation.
The Panthers (5-11) are at Greenfield-Central (4-12) next Thursday.
