LIBERTY, Ind. – Union County swept a doubleheader from Seton on Saturday as the Patriots won the opener 11-1 in five innings before taking the second contest 8-4.
Mason Miller provided most of the offense in the first game as he drove in seven runs on three hits.
Justin Witter, Preston Scott and Caleb Greene added two hits each for the Patriots. Nate Webb had two RBI.
Joey Weller went the distance for Union County giving up four hits and had five strikeouts.
In game two, the Patriots scored six times in the second inning to take control of the affair.
Greene had two hits, while Scott knocked in three runs.
Zander Kottka picked up the win on the mound for Union County as he and Miller limited the Cardinals to five hits.
Union County (19-6) visits Daleville on Monday.
