HAGERSTOWN, Ind. – The Hagerstown girls basketball team pulled away in the second half on Thursday as the Tigers posted a 54-27 win over Cowan.
The victory was a milestone for Hagerstown Head Coach Chris Oliger.
“My 200th win would not have come without all the great young ladies that I have had the privilege to coach.” Oliger said. “It also would not have been possible without my wife, family and my great assistant coaches that I have had the honor to work beside.”
The Tigers led 12-11 after the first period and then 22-18 by halftime. In the third frame, the Tigers increased their margin to 38-21 to put the game away.
Madison Brown led the Tigers with 15 points, while Hannah Rogers tossed in 12.
Kassidy Oliger finished with a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds. Brytni Dale contributed 10 points.
