HAGERSTOWN, Ind. – The Hagerstown baseball team swept a twin-bill from Cowan on Saturday as the Tigers won 2-0 and 10-0 in five innings.
Drew Pyle tossed a complete game in the opener for the Tigers to get the win as he held Cowan to three hits with nine strikeouts.
Brett Burns won the second contest as he pitched four innings for the Tigers with four strikeouts.
Cody Swimm led the Tigers with three hits, while Pyle added two hits. Trey Kelley knocked in three runs, while Trent Weiss had two RBI.
