HAGERSTOWN, Ind. – The Hagerstown boys basketball team won its second game in a row on Friday night as the Tigers defeated Blue River 63-58.
The Tigers led 10-7 a the end of the opening quarter before they were able to build a 34-20 advantage by halftime.
In the second half, the Vikings were able to close the gap, but the Tigers were able to hold on for the victory.
Hagerstown had three players in double figures led by Jalen Oliver with 22.
Branton Payne finished with 18 points as he hit all six of his free throws in the final period.
Drew Pyle added 10 points, while Brady McMillan tossed in seven.
The Tigers (8-4) travel to Delta (12-3) on Saturday.
