UNION CITY, Ind. – The Hagerstown baseball team posted a 10-1 win over Union city on Thursday in Tri-Eastern Conference action.
Cameron Purtha had two hits including a homer as he knocked in four runs.
Clay Cochran also had a home run and another hit.
Cody Swimm led the Tigers with four hits.
Mason Hicks had a hit and a RBI and Noah Dale drove in a run.
For Union City, Zach Bradbury had two hits and Jacob curry had the other hit.
Swimm worked five innings on the mound for the Tigers to get the win with four strikeouts.
Both teams are back in action on Saturday as the Tigers (19-3, 7-1) visit Rossville, while the Indians (12-7, 5-3) entertain the Indiana School for the Deaf.
