RUSHVILLE, Ind. – The Hagerstown boys cross country team won the team title for the third straight year at the Rushville Invitational on Saturday.
Northeastern’s Gabe Beatty won the overall individual crown as he completed the course in 17:04.
Mason Bledsoe led second-ranked Hagerstown as he finished fourth, while teammate Logan Tuttle was sixth. Jevon Osborne was ninth.
“The weather was very hot and muggy, not conducive to good times, but we positioned ourselves well,” Hagerstown Head Coach Kent Gray said. “We performed very well and the effort our kids gave was exceptional.”
Lincoln finished eighth as Austin Wampler led the Golden Eagles with a time of 18:37 to finish 15th.
Northeastern was 11th as a team in a field of 24. Quinton West had at 19:43 with Jacob Bartram close behind him.
