MIDDLETOWN, Ind. – The Hagerstown baseball team won its third straight game on Thursday as the Tigers defeated Shenandoah 5-2.
The Raiders led early after scoring twice in the second inning before the Tigers (3-1) rallied in the fifth.
Mason Hicks doubled home a run and Drew Pyle followed with a RBI ground out to tie the contest. Hicks scored on a wild pitch to give the Tigers the lead.
The Tigers added two runs in the seventh on a RBI triple by Owen Golliher and single by Camden Rhoades.
Cody Swimm and Clay Cochran also had hits.
Derek Davis worked five innings to get the victory for the Tigers with five strikeouts. Swimm earned a save with six strikeouts over the final two frames.
