PARKER CITY, Ind. – The Hagerstown volleyball team won the Monroe Central Invitational on Saturday as the Tigers picked up four victories.
The Tigers defeated Lincoln in the championship match 25-21, 25-16 to raise their record to 14-1.
Earlier in the event, the Tigers beat Union (25-15, 25-11), Union City (25-12 25-10) and Blue River (25-6 25-17).
Aimee Hoodlebrink was named tournament Most Valuable Player as she led the Tigers with 21 kills.
Brytni Dale and Regan Tinkle were also named to the all-tournament team.
Dale finished with 34 digs, while Tinkle had 17 kills.
Jessica Swimm added 18 kills and Victoria Pierson had 41 digs with Lacee Dale contributing 25 digs .
Beth Jenkins led the Tigers with 50 assists and Hannah Rogers had 40 assists.
