CENTERVILLE, Ind. – The Union County boys track team won a triangular event on Thursday featuring Centerville and Franklin County.
The Patriots finished with 59 points, while Franklin County was close behind with 58. Centerville had 33.
Union County had six individual winners and the Patriots won two relays.
Isaac Bentley (100, 11.39), Breyden Wicker (1,600, 4:55), Elleman (400, 56.6), Poe (800, 2:14), Dare (3,200, 11:12) and Hensley (high jump, 5’8″).
In the relays, Justin Beasley, Hensley, Derek Dearth and Bentley won the 400 (46.6). Poe, Dare, Wicker and Elleman were first in the 3,200 (9:07).
Centerville had two individuals win events. Dylan Benedict won the 110 hurdles (17.58) and Nico Wankerl was first in the 300 hurdles (46.6).
The Patriots welcome Tri-Eastern Conference opponent Hagerstown and North Decatur to Liberty on Monday.
The Bulldogs entertain TEC foe Tri on Monday.
