UNION CITY, Ind. – Union City’s girls basketball team defeated South Adams 52-31 on Saturday.
The Indians were led by Courtney Wise with 20 points, while adding eight rebounds.
Kelsey Zimmers tied the school record by hitting six 3-pointers as she finished with 18.
Kora Kerns had four assists and three steals. Baylee Hartman topped the squad with 12 rebounds with six assists.
The Indians (4-1) return to action on Friday at Tri-Eastern Confernce foe Union County.
South Adams won the JV game 30-27. Isabelle Ruiz led the Indians with seven points.
