RICHMOND, Ind. – Union City had three players in double digits and seven others scored on Friday as the Indians defeated Seton 74-29 in girls basketball action at Chuck Mosey Memorial Gym.

Union City Head Coach Sarah Hines was pleased with the victory, but she wants more from her team that is now 2-0.

“There are a lot of little things,” Hines said. “I thought we played a little out of control at times.”

“There were some good things and some highlights and we talked about that in the locker room,” Hines continued. “We want to be playing our best basketball in February and we do that by fixing the little things now.”

A slow start was the first thing on the list for Hines as the Indians had three turnovers and allowed three offensive rebounds by Seton (0-1).

“We’ve got to make smart decisions and we’ve got to be ready to go,” Hines said. “We just weren’t focused.”

Seton led 1-0 when Hines called a timeout with 6:14 left in the opening quarter. The response was 18 straight points by the Indians. After a
