ST. LEON, Ind. – The Union County boys basketball team picked up a 55-47 victory at East Central on Friday night.
“We got reacquainted with fundamentals of rebounding, pivoting and passing after we gave such a poor effort last time out,” Union County Head Coach Mark Detweiler said. “It was a great road win against an athletic team.”
Mason Miller lead the Patriots with 15 points against the Trojans (9-10).
Breyden Wicker had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds, while he handed out five assists.
Logan Sanford and Dillon Miller both finished with nine points. Sanford also had five assists.
The Patriots (13-8) travel to Union City on Friday for a Tri-Eastern Conference affair.
