MIDDLETOWN, Ind. – The Winchester boys basketball team fell 39-38 in a battle of Class 2A ranked squads on Wednesday at Shenandoah.

“Turnovers killed us down the stretch,” Winchester Head Coach Matt Fine said of his team’s 18 miscues. “We just have to make better decisions in late game situations.”

Kiante Enis led the No. 21 Falcons with 10 points against the 11th-ranked Raiders (6-0).

Winchester (2-1) looks for its second straight Tri-Eastern Conference win on Friday as the Falcons entertain Union County.
