WINCHESTER, Ind. – The Winchester volleyball team survived a tight match with Shenandoah on Monday as the Golden Falcons won 14-25, 25-22, 23-25, 25-19, 15-12.
Riley Helms totaled 30 assists for the night.
On the receiving end of those assists were Bri Bogue for 17 kills, Mykah Keener for eight kills and Shelby Miller for five kills.
Miller provided the team with five solo, momentum changing blocks, while Bogue and Kalista Holt added two a piece.
Kara Mosier stood her ground defensively to provide a game changing dig, while Morgan Friend and Alyssa Ozbun ran the back row holding their own with 16 digs each.
Helms and Keener both added seven digs a piece, while Holt had nine digs.
The Golden Falcons entertain Union City in a Tri-Eastern Conference affair on Tuesday.
