Tri-Eastern Conference co-champions Union City and Hagerstown headlined the all-conference squad for girls basketball that was announced on Thursday.
Courtney Wise was selected at the TEC Player of the Year as she led the Indians to a sectional title and first round regional victory.
“Courtney is definitely deserving of this award,” Union City Head Coach Sarah Hines said. “She has put in a lot of time to make herself a better basketball player and that shows in her stats.”
Overall, Wise averaged 14.8 points and 12.5 rebounds per game. In TEC contests, Wise scored 19 points and grabbed 10 rebounds a game.
“Averaging a double-double in conference play is impressive when you look at the competition in the TEC,” Hines said. “It’s an honor for Courtney to win this award.”
Madeline Adams and Baylee Hartman were the other All-TEC selections from Union City (21-6, 6-1).
Savannah Houck, Gabby Willis and Brytni Dale were honored from Hagerstown (16-8, 6-1).
Union County (15-9, 5-2) and Tri (17-7, 4-3) each had two members on the team.
Maddie Fulton and Tanner Henry represented the Patriots with Peyton Moore and Mackenzie Peggs making it for the Titans.
Madi Clay of Northeastern (2-20, 0-7), Kerrigan Neff of Lincoln (14-11, 3-4), Mariah Roberts of Winchester (12-12, 3-4) and Merissa Ross of Centerville (5-16, 1-6) also made the team.
